This particular song of theirs really impressed me, stylistically and lyrically. I believe it shows the beautiful cryptic potential that the band posses and showcases Red Hunter as a lyricist and songwriter. Red is said to have written the song during one of his many late nights / early mornings as an insomniac, while listening to AM radio and hearing a piece they were doing "about the huge temporary cities that FEMA was prepared to build in the event of a terrorist attack on LA.
